Initial Visit … New Patient Experience
Your first visit with Dr. Weller will be a comprehensive gathering of information regarding your dental health.
Depending upon your individual situation, your initial visit may include the following diagnostic services:
- A 5 Phase Comprehensive Exam will be performed including:
- A Periodontal Screening
- Tooth by tooth assessment to chart current conditions and existing dental restorations for proper fit, function and aesthetics
- An Occlusal Evaluation
- An Implant / Bone Assessment
- An Aesthetic Evaluation to assess for possible cosmetic enhancements to your smile
- A series of diagnostic and base record digital photographs will be taken.
- A Full Series of Digital X-rays will be taken.
- Oral cancer screening including a Velscope® exam .
- Review of your medical and dental history.
Based upon the information collected Dr. Weller will develop a personalized comprehensive treatment plan to insure optimal dental health.
